Only Bee’s Self-Titled Debut: Built for the Hours When a Set Needs to Breathe

The room is half-full, the kick is steady, and then the vocal steps forward—unhurried, almost conversational. That moment, where the groove opens and the voice takes over, is where Only Bee’s self-titled debut lives. It’s a specific kind of club moment: not a drop, but a shift in weight.

In a DJ set, the album’s patience is its strength. Tracks build without rushing, leaving space for the vocal to breathe and the low-end to do its work. That approach comes from a collective process: the project features collaborations with Whodamanny, Thanksmate, Giuseppe Fava, Obbi and 1MorePizzaPls, alongside musicians Roberto Porzio, Daniel Monaco, Michele Morsilli and Daniele Labbate.

More than a genre-based project, the album develops a narrative identity suspended between physical movement and emotional vulnerability. Behind it is Italian singer and songwriter Beatrice De Cristofaro, originally from Southern Italy, who moved to Naples in 2024 searching for a more authentic and personal artistic space. More than a debut, it represents a first chapter of personal transformation—an artistic space where desire, femininity, emotional freedom and self-awareness coexist without filters. It’s a record that trusts the room to listen as much as it moves.
